Dr. Samuel Mujica Trenche Prematurely Diagnosed Me As Having Been “Repeatedly Sexually Assaulted” – The Beverly Troupe Enoch Story

Dr. Samuel Mujica Trenche’s premature diagnosis, which he reported to DHS (now CPS) that I was “repeatedly sexually assaulted”, when I was an 8-year old child from a loving family, led to the wrongful conviction of my father, Brian K. Troupe, Sr., on April 2, 1987

What started as a visit to Killeen, TX’s Darnall Army Hospital, on Fort hood military base, for a burning sensation when I urinated, took a fateful turn when the first doctor who examined me, claimed on his report, that I had zero hymen. That failed diagnosis, started a trail of bias after the second doctor who examined me upon a return visit on the infamous December 10, 1986 day, Dr. Samuel Mujica, solely pursued a nonexistent sexual assault case.

On December 11, 1986, Dr. Samuel Mujica, reported that he examined me and he “determined she (I) has been repeatedly sexually assaulted”. Not suspected of being “repeatedly sexually assaulted”. Dr. Samuel Mujica, had already “determined”, I had been “repeatedly sexually assaulted”.

I was taken from my loving family and did not return home until the day of my 18th birth date. My father did not return home from prison until 18 years after the 1987 wrongful conviction.

The two images below are actual medical documents that are the smoking guns to bias and the premature and incorrect diagnosis of me.

Dr. Munter, the first doctor that examined me, authored a report that incorrectly claims I had zero hymen. This incorrect report was passed to Dr. Mujica Trenche
Dr. Samuel Mujica Trenche reported to DHS (CPS) on December 11, 1986, that he had “determined she (I) has been repeatedly sexually assaulted”. Dr Samuel Mujica did not report he suspected such

Dr. Samuel Mujica Trenche’s Former Patient Testifies

Dr. Samuel Mujica Trenche prematurely diagnosed Beverly Troupe Enoch as being “repeatedly sexually abused” when she taken to Darnell Army Hospital in Killeen Texas after complaining of a burning sensation during urination.

Beverly was only eight years old in 1986 and did not return home until her eighteenth birth date.

The Troupe Family strongly believes, and evidence-backed documents reveal that Samuel Mujica Trench MD’s determination instead of he suspected CSA, launched a trail of bias within the hospital, Department of Human Services (now Child Protective Services) and led to the wrongful conviction of Beverly’s Father, Brian K. Troupe, SR.

The Troupe Case Website provides documented evidence of Dr. Mujica Trenche’s diagnosis being premature.

Please listen to Beverly Troupe Enoch’s verbal testimony as she revisits the period of time that wrecked her and her family due to Samuel Mujica Trenche’s departure from protocol and reported to Department of Human Services that he determined she had been “repeatedly sexually assaulted” instead of his suspicion of Beverly being sexually assaulted.
